Type of class and instructors teaching the classes changes week to week but classes typically run at 8am, 9.30am and 5pm every day.
We have a variety of different Yoga Classes running daily by both western and local teachers. Some classes are more suited for beginners and some others are more dynamic and fast paced.
*Private sessions for individuals or groups are also available.
Advice to students:
We believe yoga is about self-responsibility, so please be respectful of your body in order to avoid injuries. If any pain is experienced during your practice, gently ease out of the movement or posture and notify your instructor.
Wear comfortable clothing and remember personal hygiene is important as we often share equipment. It may be a good idea to bring a towel.
Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach so please refrain from eating within two hours of your class.
Stay well hydrated and get ready for some fun!
