Well, some mixed reviews on this one. The activities of the day were great. We saw the dancing, saw the jewelry artisans, the wood carvers, the monkey forest, the plantation, etc., which were all good. The biggest negative that we experienced was the fact that the description said that we would have a private tour guide, which was completely inaccurate. The DRIVER showed up and picked us up. One of the first things I said to him, to make conversation, was, "So, are you are guide, or are you the driver?" He said, right away, without hesitation or language barrier, that he was the driver, and, in fact, chuckled when he said that he was not a professional guide, admitting that he knew very little English. Oh, okay... must be that he just picked us up and we will meet the tour guide at the first stop or something. But, we got to the first stop, the dance, and the driver didn't get out and didn't give us any instructions, we asked when we will meet the guide, and he said, "I'm it." We were very confused, and, quite frankly, pissed. We went into the dance and I immediately emailed support to ask about this. Despite numerous emails back and forth, I was told that he was the guide. This guy was definitely no guide, by his own admission, as well as by the fact that he didn't tell us anything. Not while driving, not at any destination, nothing. He simply drove and dropped us off at various locations. We walked through temples, plantations, etc. etc. and saw other people with guides, but not us... we were on our own. We had a guide a day or so before for the Tanah Lot Sunset Tour and that guy was AWESOME, so maybe we had our expectations to high after that one, but this DRIVER was not a guide and therefore the 'Private Tour' of Ubud did not live up to the description.
